  We had afternoon tea at Mill Creek Cafe for Mother's Day. The service was very friendly and the food was tasty. We shared a citrus cake, honey and nut slice and croissant. They didn't have much food left as they had been very busy all morning. We were there around 2.30pm and it looked like they were just getting quieter. We decided to sit in the outdoor area as my father-in-law is disabled and the indoor area required going up a few stairs. The outdoor are was nice but not completely covered but the rain held off so it was ok.

  Small but very friendly cafe. We tried Orange and Almond cake and a Pear Tart, both lovely, served with fresh cream dusted with cinnamon. Coffee was excellent and the tea pot very generous.

  Peaceful place. Yummy lunch and good coffee. Service was excellent!! When we ordered one (large) slice of cake to share, they cut into 2 pieces and served on individual plates. Very thoughtful. We didn’t ask but they provided a bowl of water for our dog as well. Make our dog happy, too.
